How to Register as a Crypto Trader at Coinmatics? (updated version)

The setup process is quite simple and requires a little time and effort on your part. All you need to do is to connect your exchange account to Coinmatics via an API key and submit a strategy. The rest is up to Coinmatics.

The process consists of a few steps:
- Registration

- Creation/submission of a strategy
Registration
Register a personal account at Coinmatics. After entering your email address, you’ll receive a confirmation message with an activation link. Complete the registration by logging in to your newly created account.
Connection of the exchange account via API key
On the “Dashboard” or “Account-> Exchange Accounts” page click on the “Add Account” button.
Each integrated exchange (Bybit, Binance and OKX) has its own steps with the instructions.
Step by step you’ll create an account and API key (if needed) with the required permissions/restrictions.
Here is the video example of connecting a Bybit account to Coinmatics:
Creation/Submission of a strategy
Now go to the “My Strategies” tab and click on Submit your strategy.
On the pop-up type all the details about your strategy -
Description — describe your trading strategy and give investors enough information to briefly understand how your strategy works. It also increases conversion.
Base currency — unchangeable value. It is the coin (USDT or BTC) in which all your profit results are calculated. You can have numerous coins on your exchange account, but Coinmatics will calculate your total in chosen base currency. If you choose BTC, for example, all your coins will be “virtually” converted to BTC and therefore a total account value will be estimated.
Telegram monthly cost — the price you will receive for Telegram signals with the details of your executed trades.
Auto trading / Copy trading cost — set the commission that your futures subscribers will pay for copying your trading strategy automatically. Remember that a big amount may scare away some investors.
Exchange Account — select the API key associated with your account dedicated to this strategy activity.
Publication
We start collecting your trading statistics after you link your API key. Once your strategy is approved, you’ll see your trading strategy card in the rating list.
Congratulations! Now you are an official Coinmatics trader. Welcome to the Coinmatics platform.
Is it safe to bind my API key to your platform for crypto copy trading?
We ask for you to add an API key that does not have the enabled withdrawal permission. Your funds should be on the exchange account.
